Established in August 2018, MGSD Pro is based in Bulgaria and provides recruitment, operations and employment support to businesses across sectors.

We work alongside existing teams, taking on agreed activities and fitting our support around the client’s processes and priorities. Our services cover Recruitment & Operations Support, dedicated Care Recruitment Support for homecare providers, and Employer of Record services for international businesses employing people in Bulgaria.
